Mali is exclusively available online here at malimarea.com. Our swimwear, clothing and accessories line cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer global shipping to most destinations. Packages will be shipped from our warehouse in Thailand. See our Shipping page for more information. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

US Orders: Due to tariffs introduced under the Trump administration, shipments of apparel from Thailand to the U.S. are now subject to import duties set by U.S. customs. 

REST OF THE WORLD: As regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. It's the customers responsibility for any custom fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We clearly state this before checkout. Refusal to pay these fees may result in returned parcels, which will not be eligible for refunds.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Please view our Size chart page which serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size. Exact measurement may vary with each style so please check the sizing information and fit tab for the specific details to be noted on each item. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size as our cuts run on the smaller side!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed from Monday- Friday. You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 48 hours of placing your order if the item is in stock. Pre orders will be shipped according to the pre order timeframe below each product or as stated on the homepage here. A tracking for a preorder item will only be sent once the item is ready to ship.

We use DHL to ensure your parcel reaches you in the quickest and safest way!

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

WHAT IF I WANT TO  CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours.

After 24 hours. orders cannot be cancelled unless the preorder timeframe has passed and the order has not yet been shipped.

The preorder timeline will be listed on the individual product page and sizes and applies only to that specific item.

If no pre-order timeframe is listed on the homepage or the product page, the item is in stock and will ship within 1–5 business days. For your convenience, we've also created dedicated Pre-Order and In Stock sections on our homepage to make it easier to find the items you're looking for.

 If you would like to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please ensure all details (items, size, quantity, shipping address) are correct before placing your order.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after receiving it, you may submit a return request. Once your return is approved, the item must be returned unworn, with all original tags and labels attached. Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund, store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

Please note: This does not apply to orders refused due to customs or duties or taxes. Orders rejected for this reason will not be eligible for cancellation, refund or return.

HOW DO I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/ PROMO CODE/ STORE CREDIT?

When you are ready to checkout are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your gift card/ discount code/ store credit to your order. Please note, only one code can be redeemed per order. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order and are eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. To qualify, all items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that orders refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange under any circumstances.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged items please email us at inquiries.malimarea.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will work with you to make it right, via a refund, store credit or replacement.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please view our Returns page to ensure you meet the returns requirements before submitting a returns request. 

If you have met the conditions, you can access on our Returns Center and follow these 5 easy steps!

1. Enter your order number and email (your order details will appear)

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return

3. Select the return reason + preference of store credit/ exchange

4. Submit

5. We will contact you within 1-5 business days via email and provide you with the return address details

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse. Please allow 3-7 business days for our team to process your return and for your refund, store credit or exchange to be issued.
