All orders are shipped EXPRESS via DHL.
We offer FREE express shipping for orders over $300 USD.

Global Shipping Time: 4-7 business days via DHL.
Please note that during peak periods and sales, shipping may take slightly longer than usual due to a higher volume of orders and may exceed the estimated preorder timeframe. If you have any questions about your order during these periods, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for a shipment update.
Orders under $300 USD Cost:
- USA and AUS: 35 USD

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-4 days for our team to pick and pack your order that's in stock. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Thailand.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Thailand at the moment. As regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. With that said, it's the customers responsibility for any custom fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We clearly state this before checkout. Refusal to pay these fees may result in destroyed parcels by the carrier, which will not be eligible for refunds.
US customers:
Due to tariffs introduced under the Trump administration, shipments of apparel from Thailand to the U.S. are now subject to import duties set by U.S. customs.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. We ship orders Monday- Friday, tracking details will not be supplied on weekends.
You can enter your tracking number via DHL here.
If you did not receive an email with tracking details or you have any other questions, please contact our team directly at help@malimarea.com or dm us on instagram at @malimarea. If your item was on preorder an email will only be sent once the product is ready to ship.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDER
Orders cannot be cancelled unless the preorder timeframe has passed and the order has not yet been shipped.
If you would like to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please ensure all details (items, size, quantity, shipping address) are correct before placing your order.
If you no longer wish to keep your item(s) after receiving them, you may submit a return request. Once approved, the item(s) must be returned unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Upon receipt and inspection, you will be eligible for a refund, store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Please note: This does not apply to orders refused due to customs or duties or taxes. Orders rejected for this reason will not be eligible for cancellation, refund or return.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
Mali is not liable for lost or stolen items once the carrier has proof of delivery. Please contact the shipping courier (DHL) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
